QTIQ HEALTH POLICY

For the health and safety of our clients, nail technicians and other customers, Qtiq will only perform manicures and pedicures on healthy hands and feet.

Clients with diabetes, circulatory problems, arthritis, inflammation and in-grown toenails should obtain approval from their doctor to have manicure and/or pedicure services.

If there is an appearance of athelete’s foot, plantar’s warts, extreme ingrown toenails or rash, you will be recommended to see a doctor for diagnosis.

Services will not be performed under any circumstances where there are open sores on the hands, feet or legs.

QTIQ SANITATION POLICY

Sanitation and implement sterilization are big concerns in the nail industry today. Sanitation and the health of our clients is of paramount importance at Qtiq. Studies have shown that consumers are at risk of contracting fungal, yeast and bacterial infections from nail salon equipment.

As such, it is recommended by experts that clients should only use their own nail instruments when receiving nail and pedicure services.

All our implements are disinfected several times daily with Barbicide and in an ultraviolet enclave in between clients. Nail technicians and clients’ hands and feet are similarly disinfected with sani-spray or gels prior to treatment.

Whilst we strive to sanitize our implements to the highest possible standards, we do encourage our clients to either purchase our pre-packed client care packs or to create their own healthcare packs in-store at reasonable prices.

QTIQ SALON POLICY

Our last appointment for manicure/pedicures is 1.5hrs prior to closing time; 1 hour prior to closing time for waxing/day spa services.

Qtiq staff are entitled to refuse appointments after the last appointment time. Clients who make an appointment but arrive after the last appointment time may be subject to a late-penalty of Rp10,000.

Cancellations of appointments should be informed to Qtiq staff at least half an hour prior to the appointment time. No-shows may be subject to a penalty of Rp10,000 upon their next visit.

Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving services. This is for their own safety and for the comfort of our clients.

No men are allowed in the salon unless they are receiving manicure and/or pedicure services.

Eating and drinking apart from what is served is prohibited in the salon.

Smoking in the salon is strictly prohibited.
